Event description:
As part of the annual anti-doping training for the Irish National swimming squad 2 of the workshops were facilitated by Aisling McKeever. The group ranged in age from 15-28 years old and included seven Tokyo 2020 Olympians. 27 athletes were in attendance for the workshops.
Based on the age, previous anti-doping training and experience the following agenda was followed:
- General Overview
- Workshop 3 – Doping Substances and Methods
- Workshop 4 – Negative Effects

- Own research using their phones
- Arts and craft supplies to create presentations
- Kahoot for quiz (competed individually)

Event description:
Aisling McKeever and Grainne Murphy facilitated workshop with a swimming club in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
The swimmers ranged in age from 12-17 years of age and there were 16 swimmers in attendance.

- Workshop 3 – Doping Substances and Methods
